Does anyone know, or can tell me where to find out, what rules are there about placing objects in the lake and who controls/enforces the rules. I just read a very good article in the Lake mag about water levels. The article told of a ramp that a wake boarder has built in the lake. The article got me to thinking about the mooring devices around the rock, markers around some docks to try to keep traffic away and the floating dock at the cove restaurant that they move around to where ever they seem to want it.

These objects can be a hazard. I’m not saying they are a bad idea. I don’t think the answer is our friendly power co or surely they would have the “guidelines” poster for all to see.
