Most of us posters were not at the scene. The driver made a very bad decision to leave the scene. I could imagine however whether BUI or not that the driver may also have suffered some sort of head injury (temporary?) or shock which may have led to the poor judgement.

Not defending anyone, just stating a possibility for the "other side".

I would like to find out what happened, to hear cause of accident, and to hear final outcome. (Orage colored Fountain, lighting, position of parked boat etc..)
