Yea I can function in my slough at about 461 but below that I will need to put my auto parking system to use to get to the pier.

I am not ready to quit just yet, We have some pretty good neighbors and I gain about a 1 1/2ft per neighbor so I may just have to dock the boat next door for a few weeks.

It stinks but it could always be worse.

Still hope to meet you before the end of Summer.
