AMEN!

What puzzles me is why is Logan Martin and our friends on Martin the ones suffing so much? It looks to me like we (including Martin) have the most population. Are closest to the major metro areas. Have the larger tax bases. ( cities for shopping, dining ect.) Yet, we have the least water.

Please don't take offense Worm. I love Lay Lake. Spent many happy days there as a youth and looked for a home I wanted there before I found one on Logan MArtin. And I have many many firends with great places on Lay. But do the math. There are many miles of shoreline on Lay with no houses. You're hard pressed to find a consecutive mile on Logan Martin or Martin without a large expensive house.

Steve is right. Seems to me it would make far more sense to keep the water levels full year round. Why can't Logan Martin and Martin be "run of the river" too?

Peace,
<><
