Below is the Article explaining that the EPA has found that ADEM is very lacking in their active followup and enforcement of violations. This is why Dadeville was allowed to have 29 violations without any action until Lake Watch got involved. Remember, without Lake Watch, no one would know that Dadeville was allowing raw sewage to be dumped into OUR LAKE for over ten years. Let's do something about it. Write those letters and emails. Thanks.
