When children are obnoxious and bother others, adults in charge try to teach the other children to ignore their behavior (regardless of how obnoxious it is) and eventually it will go away. Why? Because these type "children" thrive on the reactions that they can produce from others...both adults and children. The only way to ever get rid of those kids (or to silence them) is to IGNORE them, NOT become a part of their entertainment. I hope this forum will soon return to good information that is both informative and entertaining at no one's expense.
