Well Mav if these 'influential' folks you spoke with prior to the letters is so important, why not post who they are instead of veiled references to important people. Why hide it if everything is so above board? As for stocks I own, I try to only buy in companies whose stated goals and ambitions I agree with or that will offer me the greatest return in the form of dividends or increase in share price. I didn't suggest that anyone has to check with me before doing anything, but holding a meeting and putting it to a vote would be expected. I saw no notification of a called meeting to discuss the letters before they went out.

As for water levels, everybody is concerned about water levels. The problem is the water levels are being controlled by God. Nobody can change that, not HOBO, CORP, GOV, APCO, or even PRESIDENT. What HOBO seems to advocate is holding water in Lake Martin to the detriment of everyone else downstream. There are professionals who are working on the problem everyday with a lot more data than you could possibly imagine to try and make sure that everyone survives with as little disruption as possible to commerce and the environment.

As for my 'potshots', well that just seems like somebody who fears opposing views being expressed. What you call potshots, I call viewpoints and couldn't care less if you, or anyone else is tired of them. There is a post right above you that seems to agree with me, so how can you claim to represent the only view. If you or any of the officers can't stand the heat, then step off the podium. This forum is here for just such debate. Not for you and the HOBO to use to spread misinformation and propaganda without being challenged
