But I just can't make sense out of this:

Hypocrisy means saying one thing and doing another. Simple as that. I have no clue what you are saying here. True I made a typo and forgot to spell check, but I think the meaning is quite clear.

Claiming to be for "all stake holders" while working to keep some off the lake is exactly what hypocrisy is. And it is exactly what they are doing!!
