Seems like the Gov has some of the same concerns as I have repeatedly expressed. Industrial uses and OTHER municipal water systems. But he is dead wrong about being able to refill the lake. It always refilled when the draw down was 50 ft every year.

Now in contrast the HOBO has NEVER expressed ANY concern for anything downstream. After all it is only a pulp mill and a NEW wood chip plant that only costs 9.3 million, chump change to the HOBO's apparently. The wonderful Prez even told one member to "take his boat to the gulf where it belongs' when that member expressed concern about the Alabama River.
