The Gov should call up the National Guard and send them to the dams and order the dam keepers to manually shut down any releases and disconnect any computers (that is for those of you who can't get it through you heads that computers don't release water people do) that could cause a release.

This could provoke the feds into doing something like "Nationalizing the Guard"

Riley could then get on his horse and stand in font of the dam door.

He would look REaganesque with the horse and could get national news attention. He could then run for President and run his wife for Gov.

The rest of the nation would think we are all crazy and quit comming here. This would make the lake a better place even if the water doesn't come up.

Less of those Georgia Yankees if you know what I mean
