When reading the charts Alabama Power submited for the variance none of the models showed the lake much below 476. Back in July they said it would be at 476 by this time. Is this it? Will we stay here until mid November and the start to come back up? All the graphs show a upward trend in mid November. Wishful thinking or is there more to it? Do they have more control over the water in the winter months? Any thoughts
