I have a pdf of the 2005 audit report for the Tallapoosa Co. Commission It is not pretty. They had a deficit fund balance in excess of 6 million. And they want to borrow more from the taxpayers??? If you would like a copy of the report, email me and I'll forward. Also have the school board for 2006.
