Good points all RR.....I looked at wooden, Geo Stone and poured and finally went with the poured wall. Didn't like the emphasis the salesman had to put on the need for near perfect footing/foundation for the long term survival, coupled with the fact I am in a very busy and narrow area of Blue Creek. Knowing Feb, he will get that right from the get-go.
