The definitive guide (140 pages) to the Coosa River Shoreline Management Plan. Published in July '05.
Looks like the plan was written by an outside contractor - Essex Partnership. It was to be submitted with APCO's relicensing application.

I don't know if it's the actual plan that APCO uses (it certainly looks like it). If it is - it wasn't put together 30 years ago as APCO said at the LMLPA meeting.
