BEST FEEL-GOOD STORY AWARD goes to LifeTime Laker for his post about the Polk Co., FL Sheriff Judd. Some thug had shot and killed a
deputy...when the SWAT team found him (hiding with the dead deputy's
gun), they pumped 68 rounds into him. Judd was asked by the Orlando Sentinel why they shot him 68 times...Judd's reply was "that's all the
bullets we had”. Great story...was worth repeating here. That's right--

redleg6, osms, maverick, carnac, all the officers and members
of HOBO and Lake Watch, all the businesses supporting those organizations, and especially those in the trenches volunteering
their time, labor, gas, and money toward this most important cause...
..and the Biggie goes to redleg6 for his untiring efforts to help protect
Lake Martin from those with less honorable priorities.
