Haven't heard anything, but I can offer observations and speculation :-). The construction on the foundations for the second and third houses at Eagles Point stopped back in the fall. They have continued to work on their septic project at the top of the hill on the opposite side of county road 20. A little over a week ago they were pouring concrete for tanks.

As for Bolton Cove, I haven't stopped to look since the fall when they had roads paved. They have some very narrow drives near the building site closest to the water. I had trouble turning around in a small car. Also, back in the fall when they dug up the edge of county road 20 to put in the big concrete culverts they kept digging on up the opposite side of the road up the hill to where the Eagles Point septic system is. Both are Russell developments so I assumed they are sharing a septic system.
