Yes, boataholic and I are spouses. We aren't impressed with Eagle's Point either. We walked through the house that is built back in the summer and it did absolutely nothing for us. The foundations that they have poured for the other 2 houses were done back around Labor Day or before. They have changed the design of both developments since they originally broke ground. Eagles Point was supposed to have more lots than it has now and Bolton Cove was a completely different style than what they have right now. It was going to include a boat valet and a common area with a covered area. Too much money for me to be squeezed into it.
