I know of a septic tank with an "overflow" pipe that dumps directly into the lake. Additionally there is another place in a trailer park near this same location that trickles really nasty smelling water constantly, even during the drought. Tallapoosa county health official says she's too busy with new construction to investigate. Tripled taxes, yet no county sense of urgency for a health hazard.
