Well I just walked outside to find at a heavy smelly haze in the whole neighborhood caused by someone trying to do outdoor burning that didn't have a clue how to do it. He was generating all smoke and no fire.

Please, if you don't know how to burn outdoors ask your neighbor or someone who does. Don't stink up every house in the nighborhood. Be a good neighbor. And some of your neighbors have asthma and respratory conditions that can cause them serious problems.
