Better to see the kids come home with paint on them than not come home from killing themselves running into the docks or boats.

We have a real issue with this, also. We had to continually wave off people driving their wave runners too close to our dock - 20-30 feet or so. We finally put orange bouys out to mark a swimming area - this has moved the runners away some. Folks tend to stay out of marked swimming areas.

Our other issue is - we live on a cove. There are several folks who live further up the cove and when they drive their boats from their docks to the big water, they drive fast and create really big wakes... annoying.......

I say we get paint guns, potato guns, marshmellow shooters, pea shooters; call the marine police on a regular basis, and follow the rules and be safe ourselves!!!
