Tough call. Lake property (high costs)--49 and 34 would be my suggestion. (Less seasonal, cheaper property, near other restaurants, which to me is a plus, and more locals. Prices would dictate a lot as to profits, and not locals or old folks.) -- But what we really need is a grocery store. One near Lake Harding that is connected to a restaurant (even though small) has most anything a person could want. Go down and look at it. Highway 379 south of Long Bridge.
