It never made it all the way to the shore for us to take a close look at it and our boat is not in the water yet. Sorry -- it was just too cold and still far away to wade out to it. Definitely a paddle boat turned upsdie down. It was in the cove between Winndy Hill Road and Camp Alamisco (sp). Hope this helps.
