I sent you a 60 foot tree late Mon. afternoon. It has been playing ping-pong with my adjacent neighbors' docks using my dock as the net for several days. It got slammed into the net yesterday...close enough that
I was able to give it a hefty shove with a 2x4 further out into the slough....luckily they were pulling water somewhat and it cleared my
neighbors dock...heading your way....hope it did not get lodged at your docks. Anyone boating in the Sandy Creek area out from Max Gunter should be alert. This is a deceptive water hazard as only the top branches and the root (60 ft. apart) are above water...anyone trying to go between the two visible parts will most assuredly suffer dire consequences. I doubt that it got very far last night given the water level today.
