I too have made several tours of the dam, and have a relative who has worked there on several projects. I am not certain as to how much, if any passes through, while not gnerating, but I can assure you that IT CAN. And not just leakage. I have been in places in the dam that the general public NEVER gets to go, and had the pics to prove it till a computer service tech wiped the wrong drive on an old computer. Some to the pics of th dam on this website were submitted by me. I have seen the diverter door so I know it is there.

As for the leakage. All dams leak. Logan Martin is one of the worst leakers in the country. Several projects to stop that leak have failed.
