I recently read a great article on wsj.com about tips for people selling their real estate FSBO. I was just going to link it in but I decided to add in a few more of my own to try and localize it a bit. See the link below.

I meant to add in a link to the National Association of Realtor's Buyer Survey of 2007. If you google it you can read articles about it. I don't have the survey, for some reason NAR wants to charge its own members $150 for a copy. But I have read several articles online that go over the stats. Usually the stuff from NAR is pretty propaganda-laden but portions of the survey were done to people that had closed sales, regardless of whether they used an agent or not. So to me it was interesting.
