I bought one of those lights and they are easly to build. It is just a 175W bulb and ballast. You can order two of the street light style lights with the ballast and photocell for $68.00 for both on the internet. Then you can simply wire in the bulb to street light. The trick is making the bulb and socket connection waterproof so you don't have a short. You could order the bulb and cable from Ronnie (green monster fishings light creator) and then wire it to the street light.
