The link below hopefully will take you to the contacts page of their website. I had success a couple of years ago by e-mailing the head honcho guy in Tallassee and copying to the same in Jacksonville, FL. The Atkinson guy listed first in Jacksonville is the same one I emailed before. The website is the same as when it was Sunflower ...onlyl a name change....also important phone numbers listed. Things will not improve until people begin to worry about keeping their job....good to mention that you will take it to commissioners if necessary.
