in Dadeville is just great too. Steve can always find the whirlygig that fits the thingamabob that Home Despot can't.

These builders had it pretty great for a while. I hope their wives are wealthy women (wink-wink).

As for the "captured" lot market and all those requirements... the plantation mentality dies hard but surely dies. John Wieland is probably not enjoying his vertical integration right now either.
