Elmore Co tax notices should not come out until October 1. It will be interesting to see if they keep going up with the drops that the home values on the lake have experienced. This might be the year to overwhelm them with appeals if they increase. It has been hard to get an appeal through with the way that the property values have increased the last few years but this might be our chance.
