I just signed up for Charter internet service (Parker Creek Area). They have a deal right now for 6 months for $14.99 a month plus $3 a month for modem rental (could but one for $49.99). I thought I would try it. I can't complain about the availability of the cable...but this is one of the worst companies on the face of the earth for customer service and price. If I can get internet service from a satellite that allows VPN passthrough I will switch next year.
