"There's 2 sensors that give you a ground connection to activate the buzzer which is connected to 12v any time the key is on. Oil pressure and water temp.
If you have a drive oil tank, then there's 3.
Next time you get the alarm, disconnect the oil pressure alarm switch and if that doesn't stop it then disconnect the over temp switch. If it doesn't stop the alarm then it's the drive oil level switch (if you have one). I'm assuming that your drive oil tank is full.
Any one switch will provide the ground connection to activate the buzzer.
If disconnecting all of them doesn't kill the buzzer, then you have a frayed wire touching ground somewhere."

<<<<From above quote/post. There is merit in the post. However, Evil Ghost is suggesting that someone without proper equipment/tools unplug wires/switches/alarms/over temps/oil level, etc. to make a dual alarm buzzer quit beeping to find the problem! Then, after setting lots of codes in the man's computor/ECUp (which is what will happen) if the beep beet still happens, look for a bad wire!.... Be for real! You don't really think I will agree with that process do you? That type of advice is kinda like telling someone, "when you have a flat, take the other three tires off so the car will sit level". But, that is just my advice! I'll stand by my bet, go to 8's house with my laptop and fix the boat. BTW, these kinda post are fun. No harm intended Evil Ghost.
