I've heard it said that economics isn't John McCain's strong suit.
I think smart candidates on both sides try to engage experts to help them on issues. I don't think this is unique to Obama or to John McCain. There isn't any way that any one person could know everything they need to know no matter how smart or comitted or patriotic they are.

I don't see this as an issue to support or not support a candidate. After all, once they are elected they will have a cabinet who will each have a Department to make recommendations to the President.
