I agree that the media tries to put a spin, but then, don't you think the candidates do too? Each of the candidates have a "spin master" too --
The thing that bothers me about Palin is that she obviously doesn't have a clue.
She doesn't seem thoughtful, or well informed. She can't put two coherent sentences together in an interview, and she tries to mask it by being "folksy". I certainly don't think that "liberal elitists" have the market on intelligence or have the solutions to all the problems and there is nothing wrong with being who you are out in front of people, but geez, I haven't heard one response to a question on anything that made me think she has underlying intelligence. Charm, yes -- intelligence, no. And if McCain wins, he'll bury her in the back room somewhere.

I'll now return to the cocktail circuit in NYC, DC and LA... (love it!)
