1 st boat was 88 bayline tri-hull- replace floor, never was sure about transom. If outboard can always pull one of the mount bolts to be sure, but probably fiberglased like rest. Bayliner was acquired by Brunswick Boat Company in 1986. One of the manufactoring plants is in Maryland 410-546-4656, fax 410-546-0740. Might be worth a call to be sure. Good Luck
