From the August 1999 issue of Lake Martin Living, page 13: "Russell Lands is the developer and exclusive agent for lakefront lots in the following premier communities:

The Ridge
Trillium
Windermere West

Windover
Willow Point Estates
Raintree
River Oaks"

Obviously, lots WERE being sold in The Ridge as early as August 1999, and not until 2001 as you earlier stated.

Obviously, GoneFishin' was right and water_watcher was wrong.

Most obvious of all, water_watcher will either completely ignore this post, OR twist things around; either way, he will never be man enough to admit that he is wrong.
