I don't find her scary as a woman. I'm sure she's a very decent woman. She's probably worked hard to build her political career in Alaska.
I don't know that she scares me as VP, if I knew she would never have to be President. But, she doesn't seem to me to be someone who is very intelligent, very informed or someone who has thought deeply about this country and it's problems and place in the world.
I don't agree with John McCain, but I know he's thought deeply about these things. I believe that Barrack Obama has thought about these things, and I think Joe Biden has thought about these things. I don't agree with Hillary Clinton's politics, but I believe she has thought about these things.
I'm not sure I get the value of having a "soccer mom" and "joe six-pack" run this country. Heck, in a lot of cases, these are the same people who can't figure out how to run their home budgets so they don't lose their houses.
