Come now, that is an interesting opinion... but not germane to the question I asked. I am looking forward now and not backward..............the issue is the amount of unfettered control the new congress may have. As you know the architects of our form of govt built in the 3 branches with checks and balances so as not tro have runaway governments. I've said on here and others have written elsewhere that a unified govt (regardless of the party) does not do well for the tax payers. Looking forward....before the fact...........what is the opinion of having too much unchecked power.................tryanny of the majority.................. in the hands of this incoming govt? There were after all 46% (?) of Americans who had a different choice. By the way.........my guy did not win........but my guy is now the Pres elect of the USA, I'm just in the loyal opposition camp, and hope that the Dems get it right, if not I'll work and send my money to Republicans in the mid term to bring more balance to the congress.
