Memo to Alabama Power, you do NOT need to wait any further to request the variance of 483. You did a great job managing the levels this year so lets not go backwards. NO RAIN is in the forecast until the 29th of November according to long range forecasts. Lake Lanier is literally going dry...

We need the variance and we need it now. Buisnesses that depend on the Lake will NOT survive another 2007, they will be fighting the economy hard enough and another low year will doom just about everyone!
