I know you don't want to hear this, but I added Charter phone service this past Monday. Got three phone calls from Charter ahead of visit, guy showed up at 8:30 AM, was done and gone by 9:30 without any grief. Suggestion: schedule for first call of the day, maybe the guy will show up on time and not get bogged down in other calls.
