you should look at this Vinyl. It lasts for 50 years.

I used this material at my lake house and we built a 1300' wall that is 9 feet tall in places. It covers an old RR tie wall that we used as a dead man.

you can cut and paste the url below and and see the construction and some of the finished wall with boardwalk of composite decking.
