Our neighbors live at the lake full time and they turn their dogs loose all the time. This weekend we found out where our things that are missing from the porch are going to. The neighbors dog comes up the steps and helps himself. Was going after dh's water shoes.

Our neighbors dog has actually stood under our bedroom window at night and barked non stop until we go outside and shooo him away or throw something at him. We keep our dog at our place all the time, we don't let her wonder around.
