the Lake was full, and it rained buckets for several days, then several tornadoes on the ground buzzed thru from SW to NE across Parker Creek to the River bridge. Extensive damage to many cabins/boats.
At that time we did not have access to hourly lake level info, but the water did come higher than 490, maybe 491,492, enough to cover a low seawall and up into the yard on a very flat lot.
My concern this weekend will not be for my cabin, but for the floating dock getting above the anchor posts and escaping.
Feast or famine, huh?
