My SIL and I went by there today. They have done a lovely job -- it's both rustic and elegant. They have a few tables out on a covered dining porch that would definitely be the place to sit on a warm evening. The view is great too.
My only criticism is the open kitchen. It appears they will be cooking on both ends of the dining room. I know it's very trendy to have an open kitchen, but I've never particularly considered the act of cooking as part of the "show".
I'm looking forward to going there for dinner soon.

Does anyone know what they are building in the field down behind Springhouse?
