Some things never change....about 7 yrs ago they took several weeks to deliver on a shower surround they promised to install, then strong armed my cancer stricken wife for another $200 to do the job. She paid because she wanted the job done before she died. They are the lowest form. I thought for sure they'd be out of biz by now. Sorry for your probs, set your expectations low and they will still disappoint you.
