Made another trip on my birthday- Had the ribs and they were excellent. Wife had the " house specialty ", Grilled Squashed Chicken. Her exact quote is " doesn't tast bad, but looks like " slop ". Nothing on it is grilled, looks like they boiled together and dumped it on the plate. Everything is so overcooked that it is mush." End of quote- We went about 6 pm, so overcrowding was not a problem. Since we don't like Dales Steak Sauce and we grill pork at the house, no need to go back. She told the waitress, but the owner didn't stop by this time.
