Very uncooperative people to work with. We spent $2800.00 on engineers, submitted the 1st plan Feb 5th, 2009 and just got approval last week on the 3rd plan submitted last week. Now they can't get the septic system in because of the rain. Our new house is ready to move into but because of the ELMORE COUNTY public health office we can't move in.
