The Froghog (Me) took the Polliwog (my boat) to the Cathouse yesterday. I noticed that by following Map quest, I was taken a little short of the true final destination. This was a little confusing as a mail box read the same as the address that I wanted. So I called them and left what was probably a confusing message. Then I remembered that Dee Dee had told me they would leave me on the bottom of the loop. So... I just kept on going up the road. Then after about 2 miles an around a corner were about 15 different boats parked. I surmised that I am here. I was instantly greeted by Dee Dee and a couple of pooches and a few cats. Dee could have not been any nicer as she explained they were swamped and would get to my boat as soon as possible. I was okay with this and dropped of the Wog and was on my way back to the lake. About 8 PM that night I get a call from Cat. He explained he was sorry he missed me. He was on a cell and was intermittent at best. Took about a minute to explained whom I was and the I lurk more than type. I was very astonished that he even took the time to call and thank me for my business. This kind of customer service and personal attention is what will keep me coming back to a store/service time after time. Not like some others that leave a feeling that they are doing you a favor to even take your money.
This is about as much as I have written on a post in a few years. I tend to stay out of the bright light (I might confess something).
I just wanted to let you all know that so far what I have read about Cat's service so far is true.
