My neighbor had an orange buoy out off his dock, near the east side point of Ridgeview Point in the Ridge. It disappeared about 2 weeks ago. My question is do you just confiscate them or do you notify the home owner that their buoy is not in compliance? He was wondering if it was stolen, or if someone confiscated it?
