Tis the season

Vidalia Onion Casserole

10 Vidalia onions
1 stick butter
Ritz crackers 1 round
Parmesan cheese 1 ½ cups

Cut onions into rings
Cook onions until tender in butter
Pour into 10x13 glass dish
Top with parmesan cheese and Ritz crackers
Put in oven uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes
