They started letting boats park at about 9AM. Little Talisi called to let me know it was happening, and we both were able to get a great spot near the center and front. If anyone is planning to moor in the designated area, it's probably not too late(but I wouldn't wait long). Everything is running smoothly and there are plenty of pontoons being used to shuttle folks to land. I'm very impressed with the way everything is being handled!
